Online news from the Classic Bol d'Or is somewhat limited; last year's time sheets are still up on the website but there's little coming through from the circuit at the moment, other than some Facebook posts from Phase One. So here's what we know.

Firstly, they didn't crash twice yesterday; that was Race24, getting things wrong.

In first qualifying for the 'yellow' riders group, Vincent Eisne on the Moto90 Eisen Kawasaki ZX750R was fastest in post-classic, with a time of 2:14.222, and Jean Cluade Jaubert was fastest in classic with a time of 2:14.401 on the Poweracing Japauto 1100R. Phase One's Pete Linden put the team's P&M Suzuki second in classic on 2:15.897.

In first qulaifying for the 'orange' riders group, James Guyon rode the Team paris Nord Moto Honda RC30 to first place in the post-classic class with a time of 2:16.829, and Henk Van Der Mark put the RoadRunner Team Suzuki GSX1100 first in classic with a 2:17.160 lap time. Phase One's Hugh Brasher put in a 2:21.828 lap in that session.
