Q1 saw a few significant dips in timing over free practice. 2017 series winners Neate Racing put in a stunning 1:15.215 (94.71mph), a huge 2.436 second advantage over 2nd fastest Roadrunner (1:17.651), just 0.014 seconds ahead of 3rd placed Phase One (1:17.665).  Team Taurus (1:18.058) and Team Classic Suzuki (1:18.558) rounded out the top five, with 2nd-5th recording best laps with less than a second gap.

Much praise to Motobel, whose 1:18.750 best lap put them a massive 5.226 seconds ahead of their nearest rivals in the Classic class and 7th in the overall rankings, just 0.012 seconds behind Team Force.

Despite cooling conditions, Q2 saw three teams dip into the 1:16s: Team Force (1:16.597), Team Classic Suzuki (1:16.606) and Team Taurus (1:16.619), followed by three teams in the 1:17s: Neate Racing (1:17.633), MotoPort Uithoorn (1:17.663) and Lincs Classic Suzuki (1:17.747).  In the Classic class Motobel continued to dominate with a 1:18.327, improving their Q1 time.

Q3 saw Neate Racing joined in the 1:15 Club by Phase One (1:15.557) and Team Scert (1:15.805), with Classic Racer Nice dropping into the 1:16s with a 1:16.078, accompanied by Team Force who maintained Q2’s pace with a 1:16.850.
